According to art. 13 of the Regulation of European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of the directive 95/46/EC (4.5.2016 L 119/38 Official Journal of the European Union), hereinafter called “GDPR”

  1. The Controller of your personal data is the owner of the “Apartment 47” at 16 Kasprowicza Street in Kołobrzeg tel.: +48 501 76 56 51, e-mail: blizejmorza47@onet.pl, hereinafter called the “Controller”.
  2. The processing of your data will be conducted to:

    2. handle the queries received through the contact form – the legal basis for processing this data by the Controller is the legally justified interest of the controller, i.e. an answer to a client’s or a contractor’s query (art. 6 sec. 1 letter f GDPR);
    3. conduct analytical surveys – the legal basis for processing this data by the controller is the legally justified interest of the controller, i.e. research and analysis of the traffic on the website that leads to an improvement of the website and services provided (art. 6 sec. 1 letter f GDPR);
    4. maintain Controller’s accounting – the legal basis for processing these data is the necessity to fulfil the legal duties of the Controller, stemming from the law (art. 6 sec. 1 letter c GDPR);
    5. handle possible claims for the services provided – the legal basis for processing of these data by the Controller is the legally justified interest of the Controller, i.e. claims against the Controller or claims of the Controller (art. 6 sec. 1 letter f GDPR);

  3. Providing your personal data is voluntary, however:
    • it is a requirement to enter into the agreement for provision of services. Failure to provide personal data for that purpose will result in the Controller not being able to provide services,
    • failure to provide data marked as mandatory in the contact form will result in the query not being serviced,
    • if the basis for processing of personal data is consent, then refusing to consent will prevent the Controller to act in matters which that consent pertains. You can withdraw your consent at any time, however this will not legally impact the processing of your data by the Controller prior to withdrawing the consent.
  4. You have the right to access your personal data and to demand their rectification, deletion or to limit their processing, or else to object to the processing of your personal data, to stop the processing or moving of your data, to withdraw the consent at any time, as well as the right to file a complaint with the supervising authority (i.e.: the Chairman of the Personal Data Protection Office).
  5. Your data might be shared with legal or accounting entities, IT services of the Controller, and other entities which the Controller entrusted with the processing of personal data to ensure the security of services provided. 8. Your personal data will be kept throughout the period of the service provided or the period during a query is handled. If the basis for the processing of your personal data is the granted consent, your personal data will be kept until that consent is withdrawn. In cases where the basis for the processing of personal data constitutes a legally justified interest of the Controller, the data will be kept until a successful objection against the data processing. The period of the data processing may be extended by the Controller if the processing is necessary to resolve claims and to defend against them; after that time, the data processing can only be extended within the limits of the law in place.
