Apartment in Kołobrzeg

We offer a comfortable Apartment 47 Closer to the Sea consisting of two rooms, which remains at your disposal. We have taken care of equipping the Apartment, so that it meets the expectations of our most demanding Clients.

Our Apartment 47 Closer to the Sea has an area of 37 m2. It consists of a living room with a kitchen annex, a bedroom, a bathroom and a big, comfortable balcony.

In the living room there is a comfortable sofa with a function of a bed and a 55’ TV LED with a cable television. Wi-Fi is also available for our guests. For children, we have prepared some colouring and painting books they may use for their amusement.

Kitchen annex is a fitted kitchen with an induction hob, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and a wireless kettle. The kitchen is fully equipped (set of dishes for six persons together with a cooking set). Additionally, there is a toaster and a coffee maker at our guests’ disposal.

In the bedroom, there is a big double bed with a comfortable mattress. There is a 32’ TV LED with a cable television and a big wardrobe, as well as a bookstand with some interesting books.

There is a big balcony that can be accessed both from the living room and the bedroom, where two sunbeds, a table and an ashtray may be found. For discretion as well as aesthetic reasons, two artificial, small trees, which will bring the guests a bit of greenness, are placed on the balcony.

The bathroom is white with an addition of warm ‘wood’. At your disposal there is a large shower (100×100) with a shower cubicle, a bathroom sink, a toilet and a hair dryer. In the bathroom there is also a washing machine that facilitates minor washing activities.

The Apartment is also equipped with an iron, accompanied by an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, and other cleaning appliances.

Also, a parking space in the underground garage G17 belongs to the Apartment 47 Closer to the Sea and is at an exclusive disposal of our guests.
